In general most cops are on a power/ego trip because they have a certian degree of power that they believe makes them god at some level. However there are a few that are just beaten up by years of disrespect from the general public and are just fed up with everyone. Don't get me wrong I don't like cops that much myself, especially since I have had many encounters with them.

The first video I couldnt really tell what the kid or the cop had done to warrant that kind of action, so that one could go either way.

The second vid the kid shouldn't have back talked to cop, they were not supossed to be skate boarding there in the first place. I don't think it was brutality because the officer asked for the skate board and the kid resisted. Which at that point makes it resisting arrest or failing to comply with an officer of the law, which made it legal for the cop to be more forceful. So that was the kids fault.

The thrid vid was posted on here before and the kid was in a 240SX. This video was a cop who has an ego the size of Texas. Basically he got fired for being an asshole who has nothing better to do with his life than just flex his so called power on the general public.

In my opinion the kids in the skate boarding vids should have just said ok and left, but talking back and resisting the cops just made there situation worse. I don't think choking a kid out is right but if the kid was resisting and got physical with the cop then i think his actions were fine. But if they didn't do anything and were obeying what the cop said then there is no reason for the physical confrontation. I have been on both ends of the table and I can say that 50% of the cops do shit that is unwarranted and the other 50% need to be provoked into that kind situation.
