The steering rack in my black car is there anyway to tell if its bad or should i swap that out while im at it cause my red one has less miles and would it be a bad idea to put my steering angle spacers on while still using stock tie rods jsut wondering i think this is the right place to put this?

Please, punctuate or something to make your run on paragraphs a little easier to read...

In any case, only if there is an obvious sign the rack is bad. Like a cracked housing, excessive play in the rack & or pinion shaft, binding/no movement. Would you be able to tell it's bad, while not hooked up in a working car. Otherwise the only way to tell is to have a running car to test it on.

Steering Angle spacers are made to be used with stock tie rod ends - AFAIK. Should not be a problem to install them now. Just be sure to throw away the lock plate/washers which you can no longer use when you have angle spacers. And BE SURE to use some Loc-tite as a precation so that your tie rods stay fully threaded and in place.
