Hey thats some good info, my car was lowered when i bought it, so it should come in handy, but do you think you can get some info on when you have antilock breaks, but the wheels still lock up?

The wheels are supposed to lock up some. ANTI-LOCK is somewhat of a misnomer.
ABS works by locking up and releasing tires right before and after the point where they are 'locked up' or sliding across the ground - as the point just where it is breaking loose is where the most stopping power/traction is.
But, with a great brake system and a GREAT driver (think F1/WRC/INDY level skill) can get better braking/results/stopping distance as compared to ABS - but the average or even above average driver doesn't have the ability/skill/talent to do so.
